1. Citizenship or birth certificate of Applicant, spouse and children.

2. All Academic Qualification Certificates of applicant, spouse and children.
3. All Vocational Training Certificates of applicant and children.
4. All Work/Job Experience Certificates of applicant and spouse.
5. Applicant, Spouse and Children’s photographs 2 copies each as per the KCC requirements.
6. Marital Status and date of marriage (if married) as per certificate.
7. Present Occupation of Applicant and Spouse.
8. Present Mailing Address of applicant.
9. Citizenship of applicant’s and spouse’s Father & Mother (or Name, Date of birth and place of Birth of them as per citizenship).
10. Address of sponsor (if available).
